As a coach, I hold the belief that every client has the gift to grow and develop themselves. I act as a catalyst and hold up the mirror for you to see yourself as a whole, not as a part. I believe that by ensuring the space I create is a safe and trusting environment, you have the potential to explore and achieve your personal outcomes.
Trust is key to building a great working relationship and being ‘in the space’ with the individual giving them time and space to help them give clarity to their needs and outcomes.
I am outcome focused, helping you find and connect with your inner resources to help you reach your own solutions. I match and pace to your needs and actions, giving you the opportunity to have a real sense of ownership and responsibility for your learning. Whilst giving space for you to recognise and celebrate your own successes.
I’ve spent my life growing up around people and food, from my early years on a smallholding through to developing large teams of people for the John Lewis Partnership. And now working as a coach and workplace change consultant.
These two major passions combine to give me a different outlook on life. I love working with people and helping them get to that ‘eureka’ moment. Helping people to reconnect with themselves.
Choosing a coach is a very personal. In my experience, it’s about creating the right rapport and ‘fit’. If you are interested in having a coaching conversation contact me for an initial no obligation chat. I’m part of a wide network of coaches and will be happy to recommend another coach based on your needs.
