Inclusive Cultures is a micro-business established in 2005 to provide specialist culture and workplace change services. With just two experienced consultants, we offer more than just consultancy.
We’ve also become subject matter experts in FM, hospitality, technology and smart buildings. This enables us to create content, act as a sounding board, recommend suppliers and support less experienced teams.
Working with Inclusive Cultures means you get what you see, there’s no head office, support functions or costly infrastructure to get in the way. This allows us to competitively price our services to you whilst offering the knowledge and experience you would expect from a larger organisation.
We’ll work with you in the way that best suits your needs. Often, we are called in during the later phases of a project, in which case we find working with you 3-4 days a week achieves the best results and enables the greatest flexibility.
We’re also happy to work on distinct, set pieces of work, or provide a consulting service to teams who may want to have access to certain number of hours per month for advice.
Underlying everything Inclusive Cultures does is a core belief.
For organisations to be successful managers must first create an environment in which people know what is expected of them. And have the support they require and are given great feedback on their performance.
