This has been our tagline since our inception in 2005. As we approach our 18th anniversary we wanted to revisit the idea and whether it still holds true.
The original premise was that it appeared to us that the solution to lots of organisational issues or problems was actually quite simple.
The organisations we work with often describe the issues they face as complex. If they didn’t believe that, then they’d probably have been able to resolve them internally. Instead what they describe are systemic issues that cut across different functions of the organisation and require leaders, managers and colleagues to do something different.
Often the organisation ‘system’ prevents this new way of working (for historically good reasons). These processes like performance management, budget approval, or IT requests can all stifle the successful introduction of new ways of working, behaviours or technology.
Looking at your organisation from the outside, provides us with the distance to see the connections across the organisation that are needed, or the links that are broken. For us, this clarity enables us to see simple solutions.
We’re aware that whilst the solutions are often simple, the implementation of the solution can be complex. This is why we work with you, not just on creating solutions, but supporting you through the journey and enabling you to be self-sufficient.
We’ve also taken our own medicine and realised that our website was suffering from a lack of simplicity, so we’ve updated it to highlight the core areas where we can help you.
